Q.
How long is the warranty?
A.
The warranty duration shall be 30 days from date of
receipt.
Q.
What does the warranty cover?
A. Subject to the following provisions the Seller
provides no warranties,
however, the manufacturer provides a limited warranty on
all Goods, covering all major components, including
Engine, Gearbox, Frame, Running Gear and Electrical
Components.
Q.
What is not covered under the warranty?
A. Items not covered by the warranty include
Wheels, Tyres, Inner Tubes, Brake Linings, Brake Pads,
Brake Drums, Clutch Shoes, Brake Discs, Drive Chains,
Bulbs, Fuses, Batteries, Body Panels and Seats.
Q.
Are there any conditions with the warranty?
A.
The warranty will not cover any defects
arising from fair wear and tear, willful damage, damage
caused by accidents or neglect, poor maintenance or
repair, abnormal use or abuse, or problems resulting
from improper use or failure to follow the Seller’s
instructions (whether oral or in Writing), misuse or
alteration or repair of the Goods without the Seller’s
approval and the warranty will be
invalidated if the customer fails to follow the
maintenance schedule or operating instructions outlined
in the Manufacturer's Handbook.
Q.
What do I do if there is a problem with the bike?
A. 1. Look at our Trouble
Shooting Guide and see if you can resolve the
problem.
2.
If a fault occurs and
the nature of the failure can be determined without
returning the bike we will supply a
replacement
part(s), free of charge, to you. However, it will
be the customer's responsibility and risk to ensure that
replacement part(s) are fitted correctly and the costs
of fitting such parts will be entirely at the customer's
expense. (We reserve the right to ask for
suspected defective part(s) to be returned, at the
customer's expense, for inspection prior to replacement
part(s) being dispatched).
3. If all else fails all
our goods are provided with a return-to-base warranty.
It is the Buyer's responsibility to ensure the
safe return of the goods for evaluation and repair at
the Buyer's expense in the original packaging.
We can organise collection for you via a courier that
will be charged at £25.00 - £75.00 depending on the
model of the bike.
If, after
investigation, the repair(s) required are not covered by
the warranty we will make a charge of £50.00 including
Vat plus parts, plus the transportation costs to return
the bike to you.
Q.
What happens if I need to return the bike but I've
thrown away the Box?
A.
We can supply you with a box free of charge to
return the bike, a charge of £25.00 will be made to
ship the empty box to you.

Q.
Does the
bike need any regular maintenance?
A. YES, please do not purchase one of our bikes
unless, you or someone you can ask for assistance, has
some knowledge and are capable to be hands on with a two
stroke engine and the workings of a motor bike.
Q.
What regular
maintenance will I have to do?
A. Below is an example maintenance schedule for
one of our Mini Moto's, schedules may vary from bike to
bike.
Before
every ride
1.
Check the operating cables and the efficiency of the
brakes.
2.
Check that the chain is lubricated and tensioned
correctly.
3.
After every ride clean the mini bike carefully.
After
one hour of use
1.
Wash the air filter in air drying spirits and lubricate
it with oil for air filters.
2.
Check the state of the clutch pads and review the clutch
adjustment.
After
every five hours of use
1.
Check the tightness of all bolts and nuts.
2.
Carefully remove and clean the carburetor float chamber.
3.
Check the brake pads for wear and adjustment.
4.
Wash the air filter in air drying spirits and lubricate
it with oil for air filters.
5.
Check the state of the clutch pads and review the clutch
adjustment.
After
every ten hours of use
1.
Check the state of the clutch pads.

Q.
Can I use my
Mini or Midi Moto on the road?
A. NO, Mini and Midi Moto's are not road legal
and should not be used on the road
or public areas.
Q.
Where can I
use my bike?
A. Check with your local go cart track, most
operate days where the allow or race
Mini Moto's. Other private land with the permission of
the owners.
Q.
Where can I
get replacement parts from?
A.
Replacement parts are available from our website

Q.
Do you need
a licence to ride a Mini Moto?
A.
NO, Mini and Midi Moto's are not road legal therefore
you do not need a
licence to ride them.
Q.
What fuel do
they use?
A.
A mix of unleaded petrol and two stroke engine oil mixed
at a ratio of 25:1
Q.
What will
happen if I use the wrong fuel/oil mix?
A.
If the wrong fuel/oil mixture is used the bike will not
run correctly and it is possible to cause severe engine
damage.

Q.
The bike
won't start?
A.
1. Incorrect fuel/oil mixture or no fuel - add fuel
(with correct mixture 25:1).
2. The spark plug is fowled - clean or replace spark
plug.
3. Make sure the choke is open if the
engine is cold.
4. Poor connection at the HT lead -
make good.
5. Make sure the fuel tap is switched
on and loosen the screw in the bottom
of the float
chamber on the carb to ensure fuel runs out, if not
there is a
blockage in the
carb - remove the carb and clean out as necessary.
6. The air filter is blocked - clean
air filter.
7. If all of the above are okay it is
likely that the ignition coil is faulty -renew
the coil. (you may
still be able to see a spark even if there is a coil
fault)
Q.
The bike
starts but cuts out or won't idle?
A.
1. Incorrect fuel/oil mixture or no fuel - add fuel
(with correct mixture 25:1).
2. The spark plug is fowled - clean
or replace spark plug.
3. Make sure the choke is open if the
engine is cold.
4. An adjustment of the idle screw may be required,
unscrew anti-clockwise
to increase the
idle speed.
5. Make sure the fuel tap is switched
on and check for fuel in the float
chamber as
described above in point 5.
6. Air filter is blocked - clean
filter.
7.
Check whether the engine turns over when you push the
bike forward..
If so the clutch may be engaged all the time, check the
clutch for a
broken spring or shoe.. Replace as necessary.
Q.
The bike
idles but looses power under load?
A.
1. Check the fuel/oil is mixed to the correct ratio
(25:1).
2. Check the adjustment fuel/air mixture using the
needle valve attached
to the
throttle cable in the carburetor (Mini Moto only) -
adjust needle
height to
adjust the fuel/air mixture.
3. Check for air leaks on engine
casing or carburetor gaskets - repair or
replace parts
as necessary.
4. Check the spark strength, replace
spark plug or ignition coil as required.
Q.
The brakes
are not very effective?
A.
Check the adjustment of the brake cables, check the wear
condition of the
brake pads - replace pads if necessary.
Q.
None of the
electrics are working?
A.
Check that the battery is fully charged, check the fuse
- replace if
necessary, check the wiring for loose, damaged or poor
connections.
Q.
The engine
revs but the bike won't go?
A.
Check the clutch adjustment - adjust if necessary, check
the clutch friction
material for wear - replace if necessary.
Q.
The pull
start is not working?
A.
Remove the pull start cover and check the pull cord and
engagement dog
gear - secure cord or renew pull start unit if
necessary.
